SOAP sections:

Chief Complaint(CC),History of Present Illness(HPI), Review of Systems(ROS), Objective Findings/Physical Exam(PE), Laboratory findings(Labs), Visit Course, Assessment/Diagnosis(Dx), Prescriptions(Rx), Advice/Instructions, Special Reports: Imaging Studies(X-ray), Electrocardiogram Readings(EKG), Procedures(CPT) codes.

Reports produced include:

Fully formatted H&P, including all fields that have had data input. SOAP for short visits, independent specialized reports (Imaging, EKG, CPT codes). Prescriptions(Rx), specific Advice for the patient, and Excuses all printed at the time of the visit (printed to 4 x 6 cards). Report header and footer are customized from eRecS.
