ChartWare Imaging Module® inserts digital images, or scanned documents such as EKG’s, operative reports etc into the patient’s electronic record. Physician’s Orders Manager provides for simplified tracking and status monitoring of orders while the Charts & X-ray Locator modules handle tracking and finding of charts & x-rays. The Transcription Import Tool® imports dictated-transcribed notes into the ChartWare database so that all patient notes & data may be accessed in the computing system. The SynchdB module allows clinicians to take a mobile computer home and chart notes if desired, synchronizing changes upon return to clinic.
